Quality Policy

We aim to achieve above goals through active participation and training of all staff members and by continuous improvement of our quality system.”

We review our quality policy on yearly basis by evaluating our services in light of customer feedback forms, complaints received, business analysis, internal audits, training programs, CPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) system and evaluation of important KPI’s. Monthly MR (Management Review) meetings are conducted in order to assess the compliance of our management system and make necessary changes for further improvement.
